Where is the Devonport Triathlon?

The Devonport Triathlon is at the Mersey Bluff, Devonport TAS, approximately 108km from the Launceston Airport.  Expand the maps to see more detail or click the button to view the route in Google Maps.

Nutrition will be provided by our nutrition partner Infinit Nutrition.

Where are aid stations on course?

Do I need to be a member of AusTriathlon?

No, however, you will need to purchase a one-day license to participate.

Are there age requirements?

Yes, minimum ages for our events are detailed below:

What date determines the competitor’s age category?

Age as at 31 December 2024.

Where do I find general race information and rules

Information and rules are available in the competitor guide, which will be made available 2 weeks prior to race day.  Alternatively, you can find race rules on the Aus Triathlon website.

Where can I find information about WTC and Aus Triathlon polices?

You can visit the World Triathlon website and the Aus Triathlon website for this information.

When do I collect my bib and timing chip?

Athlete check-in times can be found on our event schedule.

Can I wear a wetsuit?

Wetsuit ruling can be found on the Aus Triathlon website. Water temperature will be finalised prior to race start and announced at registration.”

When do entries open?

Entries will open at 10am AEDT on 13th November 2024.

Can I wear/use any swim aids?

The use of any swim aids (flippers, pool buoys, paddles, etc) is strictly prohibited for the safety of all participants.

Is there somewhere I can leave my belongings while I race?

Yes, there will be a bag drop area located at the event precinct.
